サービス障害発生(2025/11/10)のご連絡（更新）
日本時間の2025年11月09日23:12～11月10日00:46（UTC 2025/11/09 14:12～11/09 15:46）から、アジア太平洋地域におきましてBGAN、FleetBroadband(FB)、SwiftBroadband(SB) 、GSPS(IsatPhone Pro/2)サービスが断続的につながりにくい状況が発生しておりました。
現在は回復しております。

Please be advised that between 09 November 2025 14:12 – 15:46 UTC, intermittent disruptions occurred in the APAC (I-4 F2) affecting BGAN,
FB, SB, GSPS(Isatphone) service and causing connectivity issues or service unavailability.
The issue has now been resolved.
We would like to take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience this service interruption may cause.
