Unplanned Service Degradation (11- September -2025)

Dear valued customer,

Please be advised that between 11 September -2025 05:26 – 11 September -2025 18:03 UTC, intermittent disruptions occurred in the APAC (I-4 F2)　region affecting BGAN, FleetBroadband, SwiftBroadband(SB), SwiftBroadband-Safety(SB-S), Classic aero, GSPS service affecting causing connectivity issues.
The issue has now been resolved.
