Unplanned Service Degradation (10- November -2025)

Please be advised that between 09 November 2025 15:25 – 15:51 UTC, intermittent disruptions occurred in the APAC (I-4 F2) affecting BGAN, FB, SB, GSPS(Isatphone) service and causing connectivity issues or service unavailability.
The issue has now been resolved.
